31. Gladiator / Fighter
Those that fight for a living in the Arena. Their title is based on their fighting style. There are those who have studied in the military or under Arena trainers, as well as those who developed their own skills and trained themselves through their adventures. Darqin, especially renowned for his strict methods, is famous for the number of his failed students. However, with his fighting techniques based on real world encounters, the number of hopeful students shows no sign of decline.

32. Grimalkin Cottage
A house located deep within the Sage’s Forest near the center of Vyashion. Only those who are chosen by fate are able to come across this place. Here, the mysterious Orphaus makes his home and Nemea’s party uses it as a base of operations. The name of the house comes from the numerous cats that make the area their home. However, some of the cats are actually demons weakened by Orphaus and sealed into the form of cats.

33. Holy Kingdom of Alrescha
Worshipers of the Sky God, Nothune. This theocratic kingdom nearly encompassed all of Vyashion. However, 400 years ago it was destroyed. All that remains is the city of Arnotun.

The largest population of the seven races in Vyashion. Compared to other races, physically average. Very dedicated to personal desire, which is said to have been the key to their success. Predisposed to be distrustful of other races, especially darkeniths and halv-elves.

35. Kingdom of Rocen
A small kingdom to the east of Dyneskal. It has long existed in the shadow of Dyneskal, but due to a skillful military and cleverly arranged inter-marriages, has managed to flourish beside its larger neighbor for many years. Recently however, despite fending off several annexation attempts from Dyneskal, Rocen was finally forced to surrender and accept vassalage into the Empire. The current King Helobe, son of King Romondo, is slowly having his power taken away.

36. Kingdom of Rostorl
A monarchic confederation of noble houses spread across southern Vyashion. The capital of Rostorl is home to stark class divisions. The city is segregated into a human noble residential district, commoner housing, and slums. In the Tenth Century, seven heroes defeated the ambitions of the Dyneskal Emperor Langaster, preventing his domination over the continent. These seven were known as the Dragon Knights and they each represented one of the seven noble houses that banded together to form Rostorl. Some years before, during the Rostorl – Dyneskal war, Rostorl suffered a terrible defeat. The then King Pherohia was the first ruler to be killed in battle and such a tragedy had great consequences in the government. The current King Selmonoe ostensibly holds power, but the true power behind the throne is the cunning Queen Eris Faros.

37. Leonique’s Labyrinth
Created through magic in the Third Century by the mage Leonique. It is said to be the world’s deepest labyrinth, with a vast number of treasures sealed inside. Even the adventurer known as the „Arm of God“ barely managed to escape, suffering a grievous wound in the process. A seemingly lucky adventurer may occasionally make some progress, only to fall victim to Leonique’s enchantments. Survivors of the labyrinth are rare and details about the interior are even rarer.

A city-state styling itself a „free city“. Built as a merchant city, it is home to Vyashion’s largest merchant conglomerate, the Fugo Cooperative. It also contains the continent’s only gladiatorial arena. Many visitors from all over the continent pay a visit to Liberdam to witness the carnage within its walls. Warriors who fight in the Arena typically enter the tutelage of former Arena champions to hone their skills. Also home to the Fugo Estate, adventurers who are able to get in its good graces will be granted access to its famous amusement ground. The Fugos‘ famous boldan butler, Daidarrow, oversees its operation…

Those who have chosen to study the arcane arts. Some choose to become adventurers or soldiers, while some choose to become researchers and scholars. The lost Magic Kingdom of Ladras and ancient magical weapons are popular topics of research. Every year, the Mage Academy trains a number of skilled mages.
