Capital of the Rocen Kingdom. Located to the east, its long independence has fostered a unique culture and architecture. However, it was recently forced into vassalage by the Dyneskal Empire, and is struggling against powerful Dyneskal influence. 52. Rostorl
Capital of the Rostorl Kingdom. At the center stands the giant Millennia Tree. Upon its bark is inscribed the Kingdom Charter. With over ninety percent of the population made up of humans, it is difficult for those of other races to dwell within. Outside the regal noble residence district, lie the commoner and slum districts. Severely segmented into classes, it is not uncommon for nobles to extort and take advantage of the lower classes. There is no formal defense force for those of the commoner class, so the commoners have taken it upon themselves to organize their own citizen militia. It is a widely held belief amongst them that only one can protect one’s self.
